Installing Momentum on a Mac Computer

You can download Momentum from:
www.bigfishaudio.com/momentum

The Momentum installer is located in the Momentum_Mac.zip file.

1. Double-click the ZIP file to extract its contents.

2. Inside, you’ll find two installers:

- Momentum_Mac.pkg (plugin version)
- Momentum_Mac_Standalone.pkg (standalone application)

We recommend installing both versions for the most flexibility.

To install, double-click each .pkg file and follow the prompts in the installation wizard.

After Installing Momentum_Mac.pkg:

- The Momentum plugin will be available in your DAW.
- Restart your DAW to refresh the plugin list.
- In your DAW, look for "Momentum" under the "Big Fish Audio" plugin category.
- You’ll have the option to load either the Stereo or Multi-Output version.

After Installing Momentum_Mac_Standalone.pkg:

The Momentum standalone application will be located in your Applications folder. Double-click the Momentum app to launch it.

Inside the app, click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner (above the load/save icons) to access:
- Tempo settings
- Audio settings
- MIDI settings

Installing Momentum on a Windows PC

The installer is located in the Momentum_PC.zip file.

1. Double-click the ZIP file to extract its contents.

2. Inside, you’ll find the installer named Momentum_PC.exe.

3. Run the installer by double-clicking the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.

After Installing:

- The Momentum plugin will be available in your DAW.
- Restart your DAW to update the plugin list.
- In your DAW, look for "Momentum" under the "Big Fish Audio" plugin category.
- You can choose between the Stereo and Multi-Output versions.
