Issue
In some cases Momentum may open without showing product artwork or pack images. This can happen in the standalone version or in the plugin. The issue is usually caused by corrupted cached image files.
Solution
Delete the cached images so Momentum can download fresh copies.
Windows
Close Momentum.
Open File Explorer.
Navigate to: C:\Users[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Big Fish Audio\Momentum\images
Delete all files inside the images folder.
Launch Momentum.
Mac
Close Momentum.
Open Finder.
Navigate to: /Users/[your user name]/Library/Application Support/Big Fish Audio/Momentum/images
Delete all files inside the "images" folder.
Launch Momentum.
Momentum will automatically download the images again when it starts.
If you do not see the AppData or Library folders, they may be hidden by your operating system.
After restarting Momentum, the product artwork should repopulate normally. If the issue persists, please contact Big Fish Audio support.
